We process orders as quickly as possible, so if you want to change or cancel your order, please drop us a line immediately on hello@thecraftscollective.com and we’ll do our best to help you. If the order has been or is in the process of being dispatched, you’ll need to go through the returns process. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring the address they enter at checkout is correct. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible if you enter incorrect details and the delivery is lost. That said, we will do our best to help - if the delivery carrier returns the item to us for example, we can resend or refund (minus shipping costs). 

Absolutely! All our invoices and receipts are sent digitally, so no pricing details will be included in the physical package. We do not offer gift wrapping.

We dispatch within 1-3 working days. Delivery times vary depending on which country you’re located in and the type of shipping you choose. 

For the UK, shipping times post-dispatch: 

• Standard delivery (2-4 days) 
• Next day delivery (orders placed before 2pm)

International delivery times to the EU, USA & Canada, Australia and most EU countries are between 7-17 days. 

For all other countries, the minimum estimated delivery time is 21 days.  

Yep, we ship all over the world. If you have any issues with your country not appearing during the checkout process, please do contact us. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply in their country. 

If you’ve received a dispatch email from us, please check the tracking info contained within it. 

If you think the parcel is lost, please check the carrier’s website for the time period that needs to have elapsed before they consider it lost.

Yes, we offer a 30-day return period for unused and undamaged items. To arrange a return, please email hello@thecraftscollective.com for details of how to return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Yes! We believe that crafting should be fun and accessible to all. Each kit contains easy-to-follow visual instructions and you have access to our video guides too. Don’t worry - it’s super-simple. 

Absolutely!  Even as a nifty crafter, it’s great to try your hand at new crafts or just take the time to enjoy an easier activity like latch hooking where there are no complicated stitches and you can really get into the rhythm of the process. Think of it as the ultimate mindful activity. Not to mention the fact that you end up with a beautiful product at the end!

We’ve designed our kits so they contain everything you need to make your perfect product. That includes: step-by-step visual instructions, pre-cut yarn (with plenty leftover to allow for a few blips), a quality wooden latch hook, pattern and a pre-printed latch hook canvas sewn onto the product of choice.  You’ll only need some sharp scissors for tidying up your creation (and a cushion insert for the cushion kits). 

Absolutely! We have video tutorials to get you crafting in no time. 

Our latch hook cushion kits take about 8-16 hours, depending on your speed and our latch hook rugs take 25-50 hours. 

If you’re looking for a quick weekend project, we suggest going for a cushion kit, but if you’re excited to take on a bigger project, choose the rug - it’ll bring you hours of joy! 

Yes - latch hooking is a very accessible craft that is suitable for someone in recovery or on bed rest. These kits are a great gift for someone in hospital. 

We recommend our latch hook rug kit for kids aged 6+. Latch hooking is really easy and there are no sharp tools involved. Children love it! Please note that the latch hook rugs take between 25-50 hours to complete, so kiddos generally prefer our smaller latch hook cushion kits as they take less time.

We recommend hand-washing your latch hook creations in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent - but we've gone into a lot more detail about caring for your pieces in this guide.

Yes. All of our yarn is made from 100% acrylic, so there’s no wool or animal-derived materials in our kits.
